In the 1970s, the company diversified into sportswear, gaining prominence by sponsoring Swedish tennis player Björn Borg. Over the years, FILA has expanded its product line to include footwear, accessories, and sports equipment, maintaining a balance between functionality and fashion. In 2007, FILA was acquired by Fila Korea, relocating its headquarters to Seoul, South Korea, and establishing itself as a global brand that combines Italian heritage with modern influences.
