Return right extended for Christmas !

 

To make sure you get the perfect gift, purchases made in November 2023 through December 2023, have an extended return period through January 31, 2024.

RETURNS

You have up to 40 days to start a return since you receive your order. Scorer.es has the right to reject any return if they are requested out of date, or the ítems are not good.

Pay for it in case it is not due to a mistake or a flaw of the item. If you cannot go to a SCORER store, you will have to send the item back either by post or through any transport company you may prefer to the following address:

Follow these steps:

1- Packaging.

You can use any kind of package, like a cardboard box or envelope, the most important thing is that the item is completely protected so it arrives in good condition.

Attention:

If you send a pair of trainers back, bear in mind that the shoes box is not enough as package for shipment.

 

2- Include delivery note

Please put in the package your delivery note (or a copy ofi t) to process your return as fast as posible. If you do not have the delivery note because of loss or because we did not send it, please contact us through the contact form. We Will send you another copy.

 

3- Send the item back

 

Put a stamp on the package and send the item back to the address:

Our prices are so adjusted that we cannot offer free returns. They do not include any extra charge that may arise from a return or exchange in order to be such a good price

4- Refund

Refunds of paid receipt usually take 5-10 business days because every item will have to be in quarantine for 48 hours, due to covid-19 situation, before it is examined.
