1. Where do we deliver?

The offered products on this site can only be shipped to Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal. No order will be delivered to other countries.

International shipping services will be delivered by UPS.

2. When will I receive my order?

Delivery periods depend on the shipping option:

UPS: within 1-3 working days in Spain and 5 - 8 working days in the rest of countries.

Mondial Relay:  The ordered parcel is dropped off at the Point Relais (selected by the buyer when ordering) with a delivery time of 3 to 7 days.

If you place your order from Canary Islands, Balearic Island, Ceuta and Melilla, you will receive it within 3 to 5 working days, and they do not have free shipping. Be aware that delivery period begins the next working day after the purchase. The orders processed during the weekend or bank holidays will be prepared the next working day. If you place your order in Friday afternoon, it will be processed the following Monday and you will receive it according to the delivery option requested.

3. How can I track the progress of my order?

If you log into “My account” and then into “My purchases”, you can track your order in real-time right after the purchase.

4. What happens if I am not home when my order arrives?

If the order was shipped by post and they cannot deliver it, they try again a second time. If they cannot do it this next time, they will notice you to go and pick up from any of their offices.

If the order was shipped by MRW, UPS or any other company, they will try twice to deliver the order. If they cannot do it, they will notice you to go and pick up from any of their offices.
